INDIAN AIR FORCE INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FROM UNMARRIED INDIAN MALE CANDIDATES TO APPEAR IN RECRUITMENT TRIALS OF OUTSTANDING SPORTSMEN AS AGNIVEERVAYU (SPORTS) INTAKE 02/2025 UNDER AGNIPATH SCHEME
ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM: 13 – 22 FEBRUARY 2025 RECRUITMENT TRIALS: 10-12 MARCH 2025
ONLINE REGISTRATION shall commence at 1000 Hr on 13 February 2025 and will close at 1700 Hr on 22 February 2025. Only ONLINE registered applications shall be accepted. For registration log on to https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in/casbspm
Note. Candidates are advised to register at the earliest opportunity as no extension of registration dates will be accommodated.
Age:- Date of Birth Block. Candidates born between 03 July 2004 to 03 January 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection trial, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment should be 21 years.
Marital Status: Only unmarried male candidates will be eligible for enrolment as Agniveervayu (Sports) and they shall undertake not to marry during the defined engagement period of four years.
Educational Qualification Agniveer Vayu Through Sports Quota
(a) Science Subjects. Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from an Education Board recognized by Central, State, and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).
OR
Passed Two years of Vocational courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from an Education Board recognized by Central, State, and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the vocational course).
Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects approved by Education Boards recognized by Central, State, and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed two years of vocational courses from Education Boards recognized by Central, State, and UT with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational courses (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
